Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If a shipping issue is beyond our control, we will do our best to provide the finest customer service.
If the package was lost or the product was received damaged/defective, contact us within 24 hours of receipt (please be sure to include any pertinent photos/videos). A replacement will be sent to the original address at no additional cost to you. If a refund is warranted, it will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post as times vary by financial institution.
This policy does not include products left neglected by customers, causing spoilage.
